1. No climbing or jumping on goals, the netting, or bleachers.
2. No chewing gum, seeds, or nuts of any kind in the field houses.
3. Water is the only beverage permitted in the playing and spectator areas. All other food and beverages must be consumed in the sports lounge or the hallway.
4. No street shoes or outdoor cleats are allowed on the playing surface. Outdoor shoes are only permitted outside of the white line marking the playing surface.​
5. No spitting or squirting water in the facility.
6. Any team found damaging the dressing rooms or leaving the rooms untidy will forfeit their dressing room privileges.
7. Locker rooms are not secure. Players leaving items in the dressing rooms do so at their own risk.
8. No playing with soccer or futsal balls in any area except the playing field.
9. Minors must be actively supervised by their parents or guardians at all times. Facility staff are not responsible for the supervision of children.
10. No animals (other than service animals) are allowed in the facility or anywhere on the premises of the Victoria Soccer Club.
11. All teams playing are responsible to maintain the first aid kits provided by the Club.
12. Victoria Soccer Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
13. Teams will be held responsible for the behavior of their players, coaches, management and supporters. Facility bans can result.
14. Assaults on staff/directors will result in a minimum one (1) year facility ban.
15. Any individual (player, coach, manager, spectator, etc.) whose behavior warrants that the police be called to the facility will be banned from the premises of Victoria Soccer Club for a period of one (1) year. Disciplinary action may also be taken by the league with which the individual is associated in addition to the Victoria Soccer Club ban.
16. If an individual or a team is found guilty of vandalism or property damage to the Victoria Soccer Club, they will be responsible for all repair costs incurred and the individuals responsible will receive an automatic ban from the Victoria Soccer Club for one (1) year.
17. If an adult is found guilty of fighting outside the fields of play and specific individuals cannot be identified, teams will be placed on a “probation” of three (3) months. Should another fighting incident occur, the team will face a ban from the Victoria Soccer Club for one (1) year.
18. Violations of facility bans by individuals will result in formal charges under the Petty Trespass Act, police involvement, as well as increased terms of the facility ban.
19. Illegal substances and weapons of any nature are absolutely forbidden on the property of the Victoria Soccer Club.
20. Verbal abuse or obscene language, on or off the fields, will not be tolerated. Referees and staff are authorized to ask anyone acting in an abusive manner to leave the property of the Victoria Soccer Club.
